GPU upgrade advice

OK this is my current setup and im looking for a new GPU, potent enough to let me play the upcoming games in HIGH/ULTRA settings.
CPU: Intel Core I5-3330 @ 3.0, (Oc'd at 3.2 atm)
MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V LE PLUS
RAM: 8 GIG
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
Now i know my GPU sucks a lot, thats why i want to upgrade it, you people know a lot of this stuffs so give me a hand please.
My budget is around 200 - 300 Usd

I recommend the Nvidia GTX 660. I recently built a new desktop with the EVGA 2GB version (link to product) and it runs the MMORPG Rift, Skyrim, Borderlands 2, and anything else I've tried on High/Ultra (mostly Ultra). Here are the rest of my specs for reference.
CPU: Intel core i5-3450
MOBO: Asus P8Z77-VLK
RAM: 16GB
Unless you want to pay alot more money for minimal returns, this is the best gaming-grade GPU for the price IMHO.

On that budget, you should probably look at either a Radeon HD 7870 or a GeForce GTX 660. The 7870 is a little faster, so grab it if they're the same price. But if the GTX 660 is substantially cheaper, then it's a better deal. If you're in the US, this looks like the best deal at the moment:

Or you could push toward the top of that budget range and pick up a Radeon HD 7950 with boost.

If you got a Core i5-3330, though, there's a pretty good chance that you bought a prebuilt computer. In that case, the power supply and case will be more or less adequate for the hardware that comes with it, but not necessarily sufficient to handle a much higher power video card. Which power supply do you have, and which case?

I live in Aruba therefore the ranges of brands and stuff we get here aint that popular and stuff...
I was trying to figure out which case i had but i have no clue about where to find that info...
All I know it is a pretty big black case that says MAXIUM on the front.
I know i can spend 300$ and only 300$ for this new video card since i will be getting an SSD soon.
I am not sure about that power supply.
Wont do you much good to spend 300 on a gpu only to find out your psu cant handle it, or the psu is bad enough to cause system failure or instability.
Depending on whats available where you live you may can spend 225 on a gpu and 75-100 on a better psu. One that you know will handle a newer gpu.

If this won't work, let me know which PSU should i buy, I have only one chance to bring something from the US and my budget is limited to 300 bucks.
I'm going to go not very far out of a limb and say that it's highly probable that a power supply with only 2 SATA connectors and that won't give the specs anywhere is a worthless piece of junk. Blue Range Online only has five power supplies on their site, and none that I'd trust to power a nettop. Anywhere else that you can buy from?
Well, I can order stuff from Miami or any place in the US but takes quite a while to reach this part of the world.
Im set on spending the 300 Usd on a decent GPU+ PSU to replace em both and have decent performance

Again, what case do you have? It sounds like you can't find the brand name and model. But I'm mainly concerned about airflow. How many case fans does it have, how big are they (the most common sizes are 80 mm and 120 mm), where are they positioned (front, top, back, etc.), and how are they oriented (blowing air in or out)?
If you've got ample airflow, then a lot of different video cards would work, but if you've got inadequate airflow, you'll really want an external exhaust cooler on the video card.

Dude you have been most helpful. Now that i check my PC case, noticed that ventilation and air flow is not great on this one.
It seems that I am going to need an upgrade on several things. Just gonna have to push my budget a little far but its doable.

I would have to tear down my pc and build it from scratch with these new parts, what do you guys think
I'd like to expand on that: many cases will come with something like 2 fans installed, but three more empty holes where you could add more fans. If your case has some fan mounts that are currently unused, it's a lot cheaper to add a couple more fans than it is to replace the case.
Also, even if you do need to replace the case, you can get a case with plenty of airflow a lot cheaper than that:

Those aren't as nice as what you could get for $100, but it's a question of how much you're willing to spend.

Buying a 7870 and planning to upgrade the cpu at some point you may want a larger PSU. Nothing extreme but around a 550-650w depending on price or sales . The same psu as quiz linked just a bump up in power.
