is the darkfall website down?

I haven't been able to get on the darkfall website since yesterday..

Is it down or am I banned?

    yea been down since friday morning i think game stil up tho

    It has been coming up and going down as they go through the upgrade.

    Beta  the word is BETA lol  They Did well with DF1 not at first but AV has a small staff.
