Budget Build PC
Hey there, just asking your guys extent knowledge on hardware and if my PC would be able to run GW2 or TSW on med settings.

Can i ask why to change my case choice?
The processor and motherboard are fine and will run GW2 and TSW on medium without issue.
The Case with the PSU in it though worries me a bit. I have no idea what power supply it is. If you don't know what it is it's a major gamble. With the price of the tower and psu together it really worries me.
When on a budget you can't be overly picky about the ram but you might find some better for about the same price by shopping around. Bad ram can end up needing to be replaced sooner than later and some times can take out that memory slot with it when it goes.
If Quiz pops in he'd be a good one to ask, I'm lost when it comes to EU shopping so he might have some recomendations.
MOBO and Processor will get the job done, the HDD isn't bad but it isn't great. Other than that you may want to look around.
I would be very leery of the PSU that comes with that case. No name brand PSUs can be the downfall of the entire system.
I would pick a decent 500w PSU and a cheap case, you may can find a combo deal with a better PSU. If not make sure you get at least a halfway decent PSU. Case is a matter of preference really. You dont need a crazy expensive " gaming case " for that build.
Well in all honesty, I'm more concerned about the PSU. I wouldn't use one of them old cases myself, but a cheap box doesn't ruin a computer. A cheap PSU can.

Since your going with an APU, I'm only looking at 400-500W units for the most part. That would leave you with enough power to upgrade to a lower-midrange discrete card later on, and still try to keep you on budget, but if you were to try to drop a higher-end card in there you may run into trouble.

Just a couple pounds less, a few watts less, but still sufficient.
Someone else may be able to come along and find a better deal, I don't do a lot of bargain shopping. But I will say that while the price on a power supply seems steep, especially considering you were thinking of getting one "for free" with a case, consider the (not very uncommon) alternative: A cheap power supply can easily cause a lot of problems - the best of which is just an unstable computer that reboots/shuts down randomly. And on more than one occasion I've seen it blow up RAM, motherboards, and video cards - so you go to fix the RAM/Motherboard/Video card, and it works fine for another few weeks, and then blows up again - and the entire time it's the cheap power supply that's the problem, and you've spent easily more than twice the amount of a good power supply in the first place in repairs, down time, shipping for RMAs, and heartache.
Just invest in a good power supply to start with. It's a hard lesson learned.
As others have said, you really need a decent quality power supply. Saving $20 up front only to have a junk power supply fry your entire system is not a good bargain.
Ridelynn found some, but eBuyer doesn't seem to have much in the way of decent budget power supplies. I'll toss in a couple more options.

I don't know who charges how much for shipping, but you can figure that out yourself.
If you're using integrated graphics, then the nominal wattage on the power supply basically doesn't matter, as you'll likely never pull 150 W from it. But the quality always matters. JonnyGuru recently tested a power supply that managed to run out of spec even in the low load test (10% load).
There's no need to buy Windows 7 Ultimate. Home Premium is plenty, and cheaper. So is Windows 8 standard.
You should get a faster hard drive, as a WD Caviar Green is really slow. For example:

If you're using integrated graphics, then your performance will be very sensitive to memory bandwidth. As such, it would be nice to get faster memory, like this:

If you decide you can't afford it, then so be it. But it might well get you a 5%-10% increase in gaming performance as compared to what you picked. It's rather ironic that budget gaming systems need really fast system memory, while super high end gaming systems don't.
You're also completely missing an optical drive.
