  You can get everything for 45 bucks right now.  I guess its a "special offer".

  I think they are running a sale right now on the Battle Chest (includes everything through WotLK) and on Cataclysm.  Not sure about MoP, but I think that may be on sale too.

  It's all on sale in the Blizzard store right now. Battle Chest for 5, Cataclysm for 10 and pandaria for 30 USD.
