Worst MMORPG of 2012

Lets vote for worst mmorpg of 2012! 

2012 is the worst year for mmorpg world because all these new games (patches) suck !! (I think)

I know Most of these games just SUCK! but pick one :)

    Whew, tough call.  Couldn't pick one.

    I think you need to list The War Z.  It is officially releasing today (if I remember correctly) and it is terrible.  It is just a copy of War Inc with a few zombies in the background.  It is a PVP gankfest and the zombies done even factor into the game.

     

    But since it was not listed, I voted for D3.

    Guild wars 2 voted worst MMORPG 2012? Huh. Weird.

    I voted SW:TOR I tried to play it twice.  It Sucked human Ass both times.

    Rift was cool at launch imho. 

    Weird.

    I went with swtor they went from 2 million box sales to 200-300k playing  if that is not fail nothing is.

    but WarZ is a match based MP shooter, not an open world Zombie game.  They have a few things in common tho.

     

    1. You fire guns

    2. You play with other people

    3. Uses the same engine

    was boring as hell for me.. but ti would have been between that and SWTOR and I think SWTOR would have got my vote anyway as i think it was a complete waste of a good IP..

    GW2 for me.

    Although I found it to be a very fun game, I could not consider it to be an MMORPG.  It just failed on my MMORPG checklist on so many levels.

    In all fairness, Planetside 2 is at least an MMO. You could even argue it has RPG elements, but not in their purest form. Again, at least it has the massive part!

    I think the OP is just trying to bait people with the inclusion of D3. Probably best to just ignore it.

    Another Vote for GW2 here...My interest waned around lvl 27.  Logged in last night for about a hour..got a couple of the Winterday presents...logged off and played TSW for the rest of the day.  Like Ive said before..I dont know why I cant "get into" GW2.  It has the parts I ususally like in my MMOs..but as a whole I dont care for it.

    GW2 - huge disappointment.

    Stopped playing it after a month.

    Boring "hamster wheel" instanced pvp.

    Well, if you base it just on success i.e. boxes sold and subscriptions etc. than it's a pretty clear vote for either TSW or Tera being the worst MMOs of 2012.

    The rest of the games at least sold a lot of boxes and/or have good sub numbers.

    Even SWTOR had over a million before it went F2P.

    Rift is going strong, WoW still has millions.. D3 sold millions, GW2 sold millions...

    TSW and TERA were huge, huge flops.
