I can't seem to find the link for the free trial? I thought they had one.. looks like it disapeared though? o.O

did they remove it since they went buy to play?

    Very probably. They may want to draw more people in through this, since the barrier of entry overall is lower (the price). It's easier to 'try it out' since you don't have to pay a subscription.

    It's also because the B2P thing is 'new'. This is why you hardly ever see demos for new 'normal' games either.

    The lack of demo's for "normal"  games is exsactly why "we all"started to pirate games , people want to know what they buy since in most countries theres no refund on digital media.  having no demo/trial for tsw will not help making sales better
