Do you use a cluttered custom UI?

Whenever I see people playing on Twitch TV, all I see is a cluttered UI and many players playing very zoomed out. The zooming must help for seeing enemies in a wider view,  do you people play like that?

If I go back to WoW I will make sure I can find a simple UI mod, WoW can still look pretty nice if you have a graphics mod or even just use the higher settings macro.
