in Final Fantasy XIV

I ran a LS in XIV called Ghosts of Vana'diel ( a ffxi refrence ) and found video that i never knew was recorded this was pre auto attack enjoy

    I do wonder though, if you where one of those strange life-forms that actually liked 1.0, your tastes may mean you won't enjoy ARR, which was designed to appeal to a broader section of the mmo playing public.

     

     

    Objectively speaking ARR will be a superior game, but some won't appreciate that, (from what I've seen) they either are unaware of the kinds of universal standards and features mmo players are used to or prefer an "mmo" without them. I've heard defences of 1.0's combat that make me feel like reality is melting.

    I enjoy the FF franchises. I liked xiv because it was eye candy , I played with a gamepad and set the UI like XI witch I played on ps2 so it wasent clunky to me. I enjoyed the fast button mashing combat. I quit when auto attack came in because it was really buggy . I enjoyed the MMs and some of the sights. There is more to a mmo then the story to me . because we are the story

    I would have tried more to get into it if my graphics card didnt crash on it all the time, I imagine it would have always been as bad as it was those first weeks, and low lvl content never improved when I visited later on. I don't remember the combat ever being fast though, (non skill basic atk?). The look of the game was always nice, mob and PC/NPC design was and is great, though once you see the copy/past in open world you can't ignore it I found. Still, I won't miss it, Gradania for eg. now looks far more as I hoped it would when I chose my start there 2 yrs ago. Still, I'll miss the original cut-scenes.

    if i can get my old HDD in my BS old crappy PC i can load up 3 of our NMs videos pre Auto attack and Pre gimping Lancer . ill see if i can here in a few mins
