reporting scammers in the mmorgp games arena

Hello

I am a D3 player (and in the past played a variety of mmorpg games), and had enough of those darn scammers.

Although there's already a Scammer list for D3, I have created a simple site for reporting scammers for more games.

I am writing this post simply for feedback (good or bad idea?, is it usefull? , what games would you like see listed? etc.)

    Not anyone have a feedback on this? Not any games you'd like to be added?

    Current games:

    Diablo 3

    World of Warcraft

    Guildwars 2.

    your site is a perfect target for hackers. nice idea, but keep that in mind. like Guildwars2guru was attacked a few weeks ago.

    Thanks alot for your reply. Can you please explain what hackers would hack the site? What would they be looking for?

    For fun? For the art of hacking? It is an easy target.

    I mean even if it was hacked, what would the worse scenario be? since backup is easy I can't see what information a hacker could use, or anything that cannot be restored.

    You can now also report Runescape scammers (seems alot of scammers there, on it's not allowed to post them in the Runescape forum)

    Current games:

    Diablo 3

    Guild wars 2

    Runescape

    World of Warcraft

    it's not a bad idea.  they would just have to change their gamer tag though.  you should add planetside 2.

    I will add that asap. I am not familiar with that game, so not sure how easy it is to change "gamer tag" :)

    They can use the machine to mass mail spam.

    They can use the machine as a launching point for attacks on others (as part of a botnet or stand alone).

    They can use the machine to store illegal content (pirated software, porn, etc)

    Restoring the web site alone is not good enough.  You have no idea what back doors were left.
