Can't connect?

in Rift

So I decided to come back and give Rift a try again, I haven't played since release. This is what I am getting every time I try to play.

Anyone have any idea why I would be getting this? I saw that account management was down for maintenance. Would this have anything to do with that?

    Rift game and website down for maintenance 31/10/12 8:00am - 1:00pm GMT
