    That was BEFORE the delay. They said later that one of the reasons the game got delayed to 2013 was so they can have pvp at release.

    Indeed. To paraphrase, it was pushed back to polish the game more and to include PvP. PWE has given Cryptic a considerable more amount of time and resources to work on making Neverwinter into an MMO than the daemon Atari was going to allow them to do. Plus, Atari wanted them to make it a single player game while Cryptic wanted to make it an MMO.

    It has been stated in numerous articles and interviews that NWO will be "based" off of 4th Edition, but it won't be an exact representation of it.  The game will be one server, we know this for sure from previous interviews and articles. It will most likely be similar to STO and CO in regards that it will be split into channels to keep the world from being over-crowded.

    How far past release will you be introducing to the cash shop the new Excelsior breed of horse mount with higher stats and better armor than ingame horse mounts? Or will this be in from the beginning?

    Will there be any way to restrict who has access to content that I create via variables set elsewhere?

    For instance, can I make it so that a certain quest/dungeon/adventure/whatever is only available if players took a certain action in a previous quest?

    Likewise, can I have the content inside a dungeon depend on exteral factors, such as an NPC appearing/not appearing depending...
