What are your top favorite MMO trailers?

A good trailer triggers anticipation for a game and a sense of wonder, the best among them capture the vibe and essence, the soul, of the game it's a trailer for. This imo also applies to MMO trailers.
Now what were you people's personal most favorited MMO trailers?
Here's my list:

Now what were you people's personal most favorited MMO trailers?
Here's my list:
1. World of Warcraft
Yeah, yeah, I know, not everyone's favorite game. But when the trailer launched, Warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne expansion were fresh in my mind, Blizzard was at its peak, and the trailer just breathed that Warcraft 3 atmosphere and that MMO-like sense of wonder that triggers the imagination. To me, the trailer managed to capture those first glorious journeys through the world of Azeroth.

2. The Secret World
Its haunting melancholy and vibe sets the TSW trailer apart from other ones, MMO trailers and other gametrailers alike. It kinda reminded me of Gears of War's 'Mad World' trailer. The trailer uses ingame rendering instead of CGI, and in its distinctive imagery and atmosphere it fits perfectly TSW's original setting of the despair and a world teetering on the brink of the abyss and apocalypse. Simply magnificent.

3. Tabula Rasa/SW The Old Republic
A shared spot. Of course, Blur Studios who made the SWTOR trailer(s) based on Bioware's script are always good for excellent trailers. And they really were spectacular, showcasing the classes, conflict and culture of both factions. But to me it didn't fully capture the actual gameplay experience, or at least less than the trailers captured the essence of a game of those other MMO favorites I mentioned. Tabula Rasa had a great starter story and setting as shown in the trailer - the last surviving human refugees of a doomed and destroyed earth rising to exact their vengeance in memory of their home, I liked it very much. Shame the game got canceled.

For me it was the MOP trailer . When the Panda turns up and kicks the orc and humans butts . They have this look as if to say WTF is this thing doing in Azeroth .
I knew exactly how they felt :P .

It may sound strange, but although I loved the original trailer for classic WoW, I found the latest for MoP boring and somehow lacking. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dYK_Gqyf48Y Yes the first one will always be the best of all wow-trailers, it had everything and still touches you emotionally.

GW2's 2D trailers have a more artistic approach, they made me exciting, they are beautiful, but they never blew me away.

Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need.
This is an interesting topic for me becuase:
On the one hand
I don't like trailers that are glorified movies because they don't show actual gameplay, you really don't know if the game's good or it's a bad game but the company invested a bunch of money in a trailer.
On the other hand
The glorified movie trailers are usually fun to watch.
Please don't flame me for my choice, it's not my favorite mmo by any means, but the trailer alone practically ensured I tried the game(and yes I knew that it wasn't game play, and it was just a trailer, but I don't mind plopping down 50 bucks to try an mmo out.
Having said that, my favorite trailers (recently this year, as if I said wing commander people would know I'm old!)

Very dark trailer in my opinion, and really tugged at the same strings in me that the preview for starwars V The Empire Strikes Back did back in the day
I believe judging from the faction imbalance, the video did its job:)
Great trailer... Although I have to admit I kept waiting for the Panda to show up and start kicking Republic and Sith Butt. (At this point, I think all game trailers need a kick ass panda!!!)

Theres been others that were interesting or funny in some way or another, these are just some. ArcheAge is interesting as well, although their trailers are in Korean and it would probably lead to more confusion to link any of them. SWTOR's cinematic trailers were cool also (big $$), and generally had some significance to the SWTOR lore, novels, & timeline.

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

All I have to say.
I see the value to the gaming company.
But
most trailers are glorified movies and don't tell you anything about the actual game. This is fine for an expansion, because you already know how the game plays but for a new game, I want to see actual game footage not a glorified movie.
While I don't decide that a game is good by a cinematic trailer, they are eye candy and worth the thousand's of dollars spent on them.
In game footage ultimately sells a game for me, but why not enjoy some mini cgi flick?
As for the value? Yeah, they have alot of value, a good trailer can generate interest in a game years before the game comes out, bringing people to the website to actually look at all the different features a game has. The SWTOR trailer came out in 2009, three years before the game.
Planetside 2's trailer brought me too the planetside 2 site to read up on the game and got me some beta access(worth it)
And this trailer released today has got me following the developer of one of my favorite videogames of all times(even though it turns out this trailer is actually in game footage!)

No your not, trailers are just eye candy or for a good chuckle like Wildstar and WoW's MoP (the weapon hand off gave me a good chuckle).
My favorite trailors are:
EVE Online's Fanfest http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GI53ydJaus8 that just sends chills down my spine. While could never get into EVE I do love their trailers like their dominion trailer... damn Russians.
Wildstar is great and refreshing, good laughs.
GW2 I like their new apporach with a more artistic approach, and not the "artist" trailer garbage that was made after launch.
WoW always does great trailers and some of the best eye candy stuff out there.

I loved all of WoW's trailers except MoP. It was ok but nothing like Wotlk or BC.
Also, Warhammer and DCUO for sure.
The video can't be found for the SWTOR fake trailer. I've been hunting around for it, can't seem to find it. Was that the sarlacc enforcer one?
EDIT-Just took a couple tries. Pretty damn funny lol.
