Which means what, exactly? You can go an hour now before Dr sets in vs a half hour before? They need to do away with the DR crap or at least be honest about when it sets in.

They need to do away with the DR is a great way to stop people from mindlessly farming the same area and a good way to keep the economy going by preventing saturation and also helps to thwart gold sellers. DR crap or at least be honest about when it sets in.
DR isn't suppose to hit players if they change areas. If it does, its bugged. ANET is working on it. Deal with it for now.
Spent some of yesterday running around Orr doing events, DR didn't kick in, did roughly five events in a row, surprised as previously DR seemed to kick in on mob drops for me quite early, think it may not have been working as intended for me. Publishing exactly how it works would be doing the botters a favour so guess work is our only option.

It would be nice if we could sort out the facts from fiction before arguing over it.
But that would be logical and not involve fallacies thrown out by both parties to gain the upper hand.
