GW2 needs an account authentication tool like WoW and Rift has.

its only a matter of time when the massive flood of hacks come in.

    Yeah, they do need one.  It's a nice problem for them to have though, as it means success.

    It is true they need one, but what they really need is the most basic thing with account security. Do not let people change their email, account name, or password without getting secondary authorization. That you have to authorized *before* the change. That's pretty basic, and they don't have it.

    I'm surprised they don't have extra security, since GW1 did.

    Yeah, I agree. I would buy one ASAP. I am not surprised that it doesnt have one though, particularly at launch.

    But lets hope they make one.
