    No.. he is right.  There is a small patch.  Silly me got excited and hit LOGIN during the patch and screwed it up.  A few people on vent are in game.

     

    For now I am back at Connection Error: Retrying

    Actually it's true, I am ingame right now. Doesn't mean it will work right away for all. I downloaded a 50MB patch just now. With the speed constantly going down to zero

    Fully patched/updated and in game WOOT!  Patience people, patience.

     

    Assuming whatever ANET did sticks that has to be the fastest turn around on the most borked crash at launch ever (as in ALL of Anet's public access sites/services).

    I don't know what to tell you, assuming you had already prepatched earlier today prior to launch.  Mine took less than a minute to patch back up.
