Preview All Dungeon and Cultural Armor Currently In Game!

Sigurd57Sigurd57 Member UncommonPosts: 347

A friend and I have been working for the last few days to compile and organize about 2500+ screenshots worth of in-game armor previews, showing front, sides and back of every set, on every race, male and female!

I figure for those who are still uncertain what profession to play as ...  seeing how you'll get to dress can have a fair impact!   (like, ewwww most of the Medium sets!)

Anyways, if you're a 'The Secret World' player, you've probably been to my site before (www.unfair.co) if not, then well..  now we have some Guild Wars stuff!

Still very much a work in progress, but a good majority of the armor and cosmetic stuff is filled in!

Gives you ravenous fans waiting for tomorrow night something to look at!

I found an error though. The Tier 3 Sylvari Cultural Armor you put the heavy armor in as light and the light as heavy.

Thanks!   I'm sure there's a few errors out there, after looking at this stuff for 3 days, it all looks the same to me!

Is it bad that the game hasn't even released and I think I'm sick of it already!  ;)

    Nice work sigurd.

I like that most of the heavy armors actually look like they would be useful in real combat, that is a new one for MMOs.

Some of the arror looks really cool and some looks freaking amazing for some of the races.

Nice effort. Heavy armors are the worst imo! Best sets nightmare and orrian.

nice, it proved my point that Asura are the only class that looks so sweet in light armor

Best MMO experiences : EQ(PvE), DAoC(PvP), WoW(total package) LOTRO (worldfeel) GW2 (Artstyle and animations and worlddesign) SWTOR (Story immersion) TSW (story) ESO (character advancement)

Have been having a lot of debate with my friend over the armor styles.   I know my desire to be a Thief has been twarted by the lacking 'cool' factor of the medium armor sets.  Nothing really looks all that great in the medium sets.  Somewhat disappointing.

Seems the 'style' victory currently goes the majority to the Heavy wearers.   Some special considerations are made to a handful of light armor sets.

But one thing of note... DYES.. DYES can make or break ANY of these sets.  We took images on the 'default' color schemes, which in their own right look pretty decent, but with some time and attention to detail, hopefully we can make even the most disgusting of armor set stand out pretty with some dyess!

Steampunk folks will like that Sarrows armor

A MMO is like life. It is something to cherish and enjoy upon in it journey. So why race to the end of it. In life at the end you die.

That is because they actually seems to be made by someone who knows how a real armor works... Because for once they actually seems to both have protection and moveability.

I like them, warriors should actually look like they wear a real armor and if you dont like that you can always buy yourself a chainmail bikini in the itemshop instead. ;)

Yes you can but you need a transformation stone. You can buy them in the cashshop, they have discussed if they should drop in the game as well but I havnt heard anything final there...

I LOVE the Light Version of 'Sorrow's Embrace" from "Furnace" ..

Since I play a human in every game that offers it (although Asura are mighty tempting here...) I like the 'Furnace' and 'Svanir' light sets personally...  But I still haven't settled on a Profession yet!  UHG!

    Very nice!

Thanks for the think, it definitely makes it easier to plan out what races + class combos you'll want to make.

    Thanks for this.

Wanting to roll a Ranger, I must say I'm a bit concerned.

After looking at the ranger armor it looks good...NOT GREAT  like the 'heavy' armor. The heavy armor looks absolutely epic

Wonder if theres any way to wear it other then rolling a guard/war?

I don't think so.   The medium armor has put me off from Thief as well.

    Considering Guardian now..

ALSO - ALL ARMOR SETS Finally Done and posted!

Now we're slowly working on Weapons:
