An special event in the secret world involving cats?

Last few days large groups of cats have been popping up in the game in london and seem to be heading somewhere..
To me it seems like an introduction to some event but cant seem to find any hints what it could be.
first sighting near the bank:
Then inside the templar base :
Then near the metro station leading to the agartha:
Then inside the agartha
Then the trail ends here:
The big question is.. what is this event leading into and where are the cats going?

What ever it is great job Funcom.
Ive contacted a gm as well as their live support and they arent confirming its a event, they do imply it might be.
If this isnt a event then a group of players has :
1) increadeble coordination skils
2) alot of creativity
3) WAAAAAAY too much time on their hands.
edit: Reason why I dont think players have done this is, vanity pets follow the player, and they are walking towards spots without any players.. like the inactive agartha portal.

Well, there are already references to Pnath with the ghouls, so maybe...
its definately a posibility, the cats have been spotted to walk from all 3 faction bases into the agartha into an disabled portal
