IMPORTANT: Are You Going to PAX Prime 2012?

Hi guys,

I'm in the process of making plans for this year's PAX Prime 2012 Meet 'n' Greet and I'd really like to know how many of our readers will be in attendance at the show.

If you're going to attend PAX Prime 2012, please post in the comments below and let me know if you'd be interested in attending our Meet 'n' Greet.

    I would go... But I'm a broke 19 year old whose just going into college. Oh, if money grew on trees... I am not sure what everyone elses' excuse is though.

    It's actually kind of sad that this post has no replies to speak of. I go to PAX every single year w/o fail since it's practically right next door. However, tickets sold out so fast this time. I'm usually right on top of it, but they just went up in smoke this time. I'll most likely be at the doors looking for someone to sell me a (LEGIT) pass for far more than it's worth.

    I'll be there for my 3rd PAX Prime.  Will be attending with my usual close friends.

    Would you be interested in attending a meet and greet with the MMORPG.com crew? If so, how many people do you expect to have (including yourself)? I'm trying to gauge interest and plan accordingly. :)

    Well, if you think you'll be in the area for the show we -should- have some sort of meet and greet near the convention hall. Let me know if you think you can make it!

    Let me know when they start having East Coast gaming conventions.  Until then, I'm not paying the outrageous prices just to fly to PAX or E3 for a weekend.  By east coast I mean Philadelphia, Washington D.C, Baltimore.  I'd even make the leap and hit NY if I'm in the mood.  Otherwise, don't get upset by the lack of people attending.  

    I really think these conventions should be like the Olympics and move around the country/world each year.  But that's just me.

    I have too much month at the end of the money to go this year.

    If in 1982 we played with the current mentality, we would have burned down all the pac man games since the red ghost was clearly OP. Instead we just got better at the game.

    My friends aren't too into the MMO scene unfortunately.  Also one of them is pregnant so not too sure how long we'll stay on the 3 days.  We'll see though, nothings final for us yet until we get there.

    I was unable to get tickets to PAX this year, but as I told Bill, I would be more than happy to meet up with any of the MMORPG crew that comes to towm. I live in the area and so would be available for pretty much anything. PM me any get together info and I'll be there.

    ??? What does that have to do with anything? It's a gaming con, sure, but it's also a great time to network and attend pretty interesting, and often relevant panels hosted by some of the foremost thinkers and creators in the industry, plus it's a ton of fun.
