What did you roll on your re-roll?

I started as a Sniper and absolutely loved that class. Brought him to 50 and grabbed a bunch of top tier gear for both PvP and PvE. Played a Jug and a Merc as alts but didn't get them to 50.

My friends and I re-rolled on a new server and went republic. Started with an Assault Vanguard and really liked it until i played the Infiltration Jedi Shadow. I am really loving this class now and can't stop playing him. Loving him in both PvP and PvE and can see i will have fun with this one for time to come

Anyone else absolutely loving their re-roll? If so what class and spec?

I did an inquisitor, after having played a different imperial to 50 and doing all the WoW'esque gear grinds etc.  I got em to about 30 or so and got really bored of doing the same planet quest chains over again.  I started doing low level PVP with em, but that got old real fast too, so I stopped playing 'em, and eventually stopped logging into the game as well.

Rolling alts is a really boring experience for me.  I would rather the game had better end game besides cloning dailies, which were already horrible in other games.  Not being an altoholic I found the legacy a complete waste, when all gamers really wanted was something fun & more Star Wars like .. SW themed minigames, decent 3D space environments, being about to decorate or change landscapes (sandbox), etc.  Also the opportunities for RP were really drab, even on a RP server (some guilds would hold events, but the horrible game engine and sloppy framerates made it mostly unenjoyable, unless you were smashed).

So alts weren't really a hit.

Inquisitor...nice. I played one in beta but thats all. I could see myself rolling one though after having this much fun with the shadow.

Oh and just as a side note;  the second paragraph could have been completely left out. There are plenty of other "give me sandbox, give me open space, give me instant gear" threads that you can complain on.

    Thanks

It was mainly a discussion to continue your assertion that you couldn't stop playing alts.  I could.

The 2nd paragraph might not have been explained well, but it relates to alts.  Having an alt to decorate a second ship, build an alternate house, RP a different way through minigames, etc.  My main goal of creating an alt was to do roleplay, but SWTOR doesn't have good tools for this, either through basic features like chatbubbles and sitting, or through lag-free environments on non-instanced planets, etc.

By saying I should leave out my counter in the 2nd paragraph, I could easily say you should have left out some of your 2nd paragraph as well (in your original post #1), since it just contains anecdotal opinions anyways, see? :)
