1. WoW. It had nothing to offer MMO vets. Still doesn't.
2. AoC. Wow, after walking through the linear "forest" and fighting the easiest demon ever known, only to go to the town and have my quest objectives sparkle AND have waypoints (right, I was totally going to miss those giant barrels)... good lord. I don't need another WoW, especially one that instances all of its zones down to 30 people. This one hurts because I was in beta and remember how hardcore and unique it was, before they let the WOW raiding guilds in. And people said the first 20 levels were the best part.
3. WAR - It was the most disjointed PvE experience I'd ever seen, until...
4. SWTOR - Not even an MMO
5. LotRO - I actually tried to like this, for a long time. Multiple times. Because I got to know the devs personally while they were making MIddle Earth Online. But LotRO is just a shell of its former self wrapped in WoW mechanics.
AOC- possibly the biggest mmo scam of all times as fudgecom delivered on nothing.. 17 days
Come on now, that's not exactly true. They delivered a hell of a lot of lag, and a starting zone that didn't blow chunks too badly.
Good solid D-minus, because they stuck with it.. You still gotta go with Hellgate: London to reach the F.

I often come across top 5 this or that and it got me thinking about something, what were the top 5 AAA MMOS I lasted LEAST in and was all too happy to uninstall from my computer? Personally, I was surprised to discover that I seem to have a lot less tolerance the more recent the release is. Getting old? Games not clinching those early levels? Getting tired of MMOs? Who knows.
Anyway, here is the list. What does your look like?
1) TSW
Literally a few hours on one of the beta weekends. I own the game so I'll give it another shot but it just did not do it for me at all.
2) RIFT
Maybe 1 day of playing, again no specific reason beyond it just completely failing to grab me (not a fan of the artstyle though, or anything else really). I did go back to it later during Rift Lite but never managed to work up enough of an interest to actually sub.
3) SWTOR
10 days give or take. It's Star Wars (huge fan) but I just couldn't hack it. After 10 days of light gameplay and spacebaring through quests I decided I had had enough.
4) CO
About two weeks. I love superhero games but it performed incredibly badly on my machine and I was sick of putting up with crap FPS so just went back to CoX.
5) WAR
A few weeks. Was fun at the beginning but towards the end of the level grind I started to realize how meh it was and how much of the promised game just never made it to the game.
You can not use TSW just because its the freshes thing in your head. You have to be insane to think that TSW is the worst game on your list. The game is getting 8's in reviews by everyone. I mean Final Fantasy XIV was hands down the worst released for a AAA game...Vanguard a Close second.
In the order of which game that I've uninstalled the quickest.
1. Rift. I didn't make it through the full week trial of the game, it was so bland and horrible.
2. The Secret World. Combat, animations, graphics, were too piss-poor for me to even bother with, uninstalled after 2 weeks of being in the beta.
3. Star Wars, The Old Republic. Had high hopes for this one, but it failed miserably in the end. I didn't make it past the first free month of the game.
4. Linage 2. Quickly got bored of the endless grinding of this game. Lasted about a month and a half I think.
5.. Warhammer Online, Age of Reckoning. I lasted about 4 months into the game, Mythic really dropped the ball after having created the best pvp game ever, Dark Age of Camelot.
The only game on that list that I actually bought was Auto Assault. It was in the bargain bin for 5 bucks and came with a free headset. I needed a headset.
Top 10 most quickly uninstalled AAA MMORPGs for the MMORPG.com community:
AION 36
I'm sort of surprised to see Aion score so high on this list because the production value was so high compared to other games at the time.
On the other hand, the WoW guild I was in litterally packed up and moved to Aion for the graphics (not me, I was busy at work). Most were back in 4 to 6 weeks and it never got mentioned again.

Hmm... not all of these were "AAA", at least not in my mind, but here goes:
Shadowbane: Got into Closed Beta, had major client crashes, the game released shortly after, read posts about more crashes, got rid of that turkey. Don't get me wrong-- some people I know had really good experiences with it, but it wasn't for me.
Age of Conan: Once again, got into Closed Beta right before the push for a release, had a lot of client issues, got rid of it. I REALLY wanted to like this game! I even won my Closed Beta spot from a "Submit Your Prayer to the Gods" contest, and mine was one of the ones getting bashed for being "story length", it was so damned long.
Final Fantasy XIV: Not surprisingly, this is a very popular one on this list. There's a pretty solid community of people that loved Final Fantasy XI, but admit that it could have used a few tweaks. Like many others I expected FFXIV to be the answer to what we felt might have been missing from FFXI, but what we got was a total mess.
Dungeons & Dragons Online: Another one that got pushed out too soon. I got into this as a Closed Beta, and I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I saw in the game, that's for sure.
EverQuest 2: Except for a resource-hungry graphical make-over, I didn't see the allure of changing over from EQ1 to EQ2 at the time, and I'm not a big fan of SOE's Customer Service, or lack thereof. The recent hack attacks don't do anything to restore my faith in them either. This didn't make it past Beta stage for me.
There are several others that people might consider "AAA", or at least titles on an "A" list, but a lot of my other experimentations were some quick F2P trials or Korean "free trials" that wound up being the same damned thing from one game to the next.

One thing about the numbers is that they will likely be skewed to the most played MMORPGs. They have a bigger pool of people to pull from to find disgruntled customers.

Well, AAA MMOs I played but didn't like that much were...
- Guild Wars 1 (just wasn't for me, what with all the tiny zones and whatnot)
- Age of Conan (the zones were tiny too, you could basically walk only forward and backwards)
- WAR I played for a bit, but never went over level 22 or so
- Tera was fun, but still didn't get over level 23 or something like that
- played the beta of STO and didn't like it either
- Rift I played until level 33
Let's play Fallen Earth (blind, 300 episodes)
Let's play Guild Wars 2 (blind, 45 episodes)
At least Hellgate was unique.
"Unique" can be considered a swear word, in some cases...heh.

1) DDO - Just didn't grab me at all, uninistalled in just a matter of days
2) COH - again, not my style, less than a month, did come back for COV and lasted 2 months
3) WAR - less than a month, I was looking for DAOC 2. This wasn't it.
4) Rift - Paid for a 6 month sub, (was such a good deal), didn't last more than 1.5 months and walked away.
5) Tough to say, there's been many titles in the 2 month range, SWTOR, LotRO, TERA to name a few.
Easier question was what games have I played longer than 3 months, very short list.
1) EVE - 3.5 years
2) WOW - 18 months
3) DAOC 2.75 years
4) Lineage 1 and 2 - 6 months each
5) er... whoops, that's it, everything else has been 3 months or less unfortunately.

1. TOR
2. Wow
Thats about it for this year and last.
1. Champions Online.
2. Dungeons & Dragons Online.
3. Age of Conan.
4. Rift.
5. Aion.
Hard to come up with 5 that I tried and fled which are really AAA
1. Age of Conan - just horrid, one of the few games that I was so disgusted by the look and feel of that I never made it out of the 'newbie' areas
2. Vanguard - just meh...not badly done or anything just way too generic fantasy 001 for me (also really probably not a AAA title)
3. Auto Assault - amusing but very limited
4. EQ2 - was hoping for an updated version of the original...instead got something just cartoony, annoying and weird
5. Pirates of the Burning Sea - very amusing to begin with but rapidly realized how pathetic it was
Honestly, the only AAA MMO i had to uninstall hours after trying was WoW.
I recall uttering out loud "10 million people play this?"
Someone should make a graph.
Vanguard is absolutely AAA.
When you consider over two thirds of that number were overseas farming currency to sell for real cash, it isn't as hard to believe.
Blizzard is the king of inflating their numbers. It helps keep their momentum going.
I'm pretty sure it'd be something like this:
SWTOR
RIFT
FFXIV
Champions Online
are the top 4
Then there's a mix from people hating popular titles or newer titles. TERA and Guild Wars 1 top contenders though.

It's still kind of fun to look at though.
1. TERA
Animation lock drove me completely insane, uninstalled in a couple hours. Luckily this was open beta.
2. Rift
I was burnt out on WoW and this is the most obvious rip off of them all. Luckily this was open beta as well.
3. Champions online
This is just a very bad game in all aspects.
4. Age of Conan
Not what I thought it would be at all. Didn't even open my wife's copy of the game.
5. Aion
Super generic themepark, quest hub to quest hub...boring.
