Nop, already bought it.
Do you know if the beta keys are different for US and Europe (or any other region for that matter)?
I think the keys might be region restricted in what servers you can choose as your "home world" but in GW2 that doesn't really matter cuz ones you have a home world you can play on any other server.

There was a twitter post about it some days ago - beta keys for a single weekend are NOT region restricted.

Beta Keys are not region locked.
Pre-purchase keys and retail keys are, but maybe not in the way people think. If you buy the game from an EU source, or an EU version from Arenanet, you need to play from an internet connection in the covered region. If you buy a US copy, you can play from anywhere in the world, except for the countries covered by the EU version. You can chose a Home Server outside your region, the restrictions are about where you play from, not what servers you can play on. (From what I've heard, this has to do with EU tax policies and the VAT. NCSoft can face stiff penalties if the game is knowingly sold to EU customers via an overseas source, in order to avoid EU taxation).
