weapon choice for top pvpers

Was just looking at that ranking site and virtually every player on the first page according to pvp kills is AR specialized.  One person had more points in pistols than AR and only one had no points at all in AR.

Play the way you want may not be altogether true if you want to pvp.

That is a bummer.

I kill AR primaries all day.

They're really not difficult if you have your own self heals, a gap closer, and a snare. If I get a lucky string of crits off I can 3 shot an AR user as Hammer/Chaos.

Charge in, snare, build resources, haymaker, build resources, knockdown -> haymaker, 5 resource active for second haymaker following up the last haymaker and that is game over.

Ive been working on the same weapon combo for my solo/pvp build.

Chaos Hammer FTW (although I still plan on working up my blade skills for the Witch Hunter achiev)

AR is just like Fist weapon... these pvpers just spam AoEs (which are on the way to having a cooldown nerf)... I top the DPS and Kill chats every El Dorado or Stonehenge, and I can tell you that AR specialist may get you some damage, but it doesnt make you a top pvper lol eat these guys alive.
