Well, they gave us an extra hour ontop of what was advertised....
but.... NOOOOOOOOO I was in WvW and we were a sliver away from killing one of the world bosses (group event)

I was on like an 8 match winning streak in sPvP
But yes, it was nice to have at least one more hour.

Hehe, yeah I am quite eager to play it myself. But then, I am also not trying to see too much, having to restart at launch. Let's hope they launch it before the Euro breaks up and hell breaks loose here. XD

It was like frolicking in the backhairs of an angel.
I had a few problems creating a new character at first. After around 1/2 an hour I was able to(played with current chars in the mean time). Other than that sometimes the pvp servers matches would all say 0/16.
The rest ran with no probs for me, albeit I had'nt had problems with perf before. I wonder if it has gotten better for those who have.
I wasn't even planning on playing. Damm, sucks for you guys. Sorry.

I had great fun. I discovered that I LOVE playing a melee mesmer with dual swords / greatsword combo. Serious fun.
I had been watching some videos on youtube etc and thought I would like it so my plan was to level a mesmer. Managed to get from 0 to 7 and a bit in 4 hours..... but I wasnt really making the most of the game. I was kinda rushing through to get to level 7 so I could weapon swap.
BUT
I did notice that they have already put in more dynamic events in the human area since last BWE. Either that, or they just didnt trigger when I was in the area last time. I encountered about 5 that I didnt see last BWE just in queensdale
Thats what I love about this game. Different every time.

I was having a blast in PVP on my Mesmer, that class is so kick ass in 1v1. at times I was taking on 2 or 3 players and actually got away alive.
Yep, that was really good fun. Time just flew doing WvWvW. I think my world (Dragrimmar EU) is where all the clueless people started (myself very much included in that). Never laughed so hard as after about an hour of attacking a fort door - yeah, I know... use siege but noone seemed to know how to get them - we broke through!
Only to find a second door...
Really great fun. Thinking about it, maybe the second door was part of the stress test. Perhaps they were stress testing us clueless players not their servers.

We got two levels without even trying with a guildie who was 8 levels lower than me - no other games offers that kind of adaptability, and no, don't tell me EQ2 or similar mechanics. We could group and have fun, and be challenged as if our level difference wasn't existing at all.
So I agree with the OP... NOOOOOOOO!!!
Give me a damned released date already!
