The intel HD graphics 4000 will be the onboard graphics chip, the Geforce 630 will be a dedicated chip.
Usually in order to save power when you are on the desktop and just browsing internet etc your computer will use the onboard chip to save power and battery, then when you do something more intensive like playing a game the OS will switch to using the dedicated graphics chip.
If you are unsure then try running a game and then seeing which graphics option appears active in dxdiag or ccleaner.
i tryed whit MineCraft game but still show me intel HD graphics 4000
Go to Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > Display Adapters

Ok that is good, I was just making sure that both devices were installed, can you try playing something more intensive than minecraft?
What other games do you have that you could try? when you start doing something more intensive that second graphics card should take over, system scanners won't pick it up if it is inactive though.
I had this problem with many scanners picking up only my integrated card, or they sometimes pick up my main card which has 1GB of VRAM but the scanner says it only has 256mb.
Both of your devices are installed correctly so it should work.
i dont have advenced
