A Few Noob Questions

in Diablo 3

I am New to Diablo so i have a few questions:

1.Are dungeons randomly generated or are the same with every run through?

2.Normal mode seems too easy how can I switch difficulty or do I need to complete the whole game on Normal?

3.Do you get better drops/xp when playing with groups?

4. Do mobs scale to your level?

5. Is the game any different on second play through?

That is all I can think of for now. Thanks in advance

    1-They are mostly random, but you will come across a few pre-mades map.

    2-You need to beat Normal to gain Nighmare, then Nightmare to Hell and finally, Hell to Inferno

    3-You don't get more Xp ( or I don't think so at least ) and you don't get more loot, except if the group share the loot together you have ''more'' chance to get good stuff.

    4-No.

    5-Except for the random dungeons and a few random Event, no.

    Thx also is there any advantage to making a heroic toon, where if he dies the toon gets wiped? Is it just for the challenge?

    No advantage, other than the added fun of playing for your life :)

    Also, hardcore characters do not share auction house and such with non-hardcore characters. So theres a whole other economy
