lioneluklioneluk Member Posts: 4

Hi all,

Could anyone please point me in a direction of a chilled out Grindy MMO. that may consist of the following.

Grindy  & relaxing

Loots drops uniques and random. grind to make money .

Upgradable weapons +1+2+3 etc chance of fails.

Level cap high or ongoing.

any type, so FTP, Item mall or Pay monthly.

Closest ive played recenlty was dekaron but the physics sucked, i used to play a game called Biosfear.

Many thanks in advance.

Ryzom or anarchy online could be worth checking out

I'd go with Tera. The NA/EU enchanting system doesn't have fails though.

But everything else you described is there.

FFXIV would be another choice, but it's quite a lifestyle game though.

Actually, LOTRO has everything on your list and it's F2P or you can sub.

It isn't as grindy if you sub, but if you want to level to cap, play the AH mini-game and have competitive gear, then you'll want to grind deeds for in-game currency.

    Thanks for the tip's

Contemplating TERA, Seen several live streams but they're concentrating on leveling and instances so i've not seen much of the micro managing side of things or the Crafting side.

Just wondering if there was a little gem hiding away somewhere sapping somones time. i seem to hear about the eastern MMOrpgs a little late and behind the crowd :(.

Just so many out there now and totally lost my appeitite since WoW made everything a little generic. Would love a time sapper again.

    Thanks again

I'm enjoying Aion at the moment with the wife. It pretty much hits every one of your points spot on. You may want to give it a shot. It's "Truly Free" so you've got nothing to lose.
