"Truly Free" Aion for Europeans? Is Europe IP blocked?

Before I download the NA "truly free" version of Aion, I'd like to know if Europeans are IP blocked or not?!

I really dislike the European version, it has extremely stupid restrictions, I'd prefer the truly free one.

    No. I play on the US servers from the UK.

    Change your region in your launcher, that may be blocking you if your having issues :)
