Sci-fi fps mmo?

I'm looking for a sci-fi, first person shooter mmo. What I mean by that is a game somewhat in a mass effect-like setting (robots, aliens, laser guns, biotic armor, etc.). Decent graphics. Open world. Aiming down sights. Nice character creation. Multiple classes. Plenty of things to do. Good gameplay. You know, that sort of thing. Is there anything out there that might suit my needs?

    I'm going to say no, nothing I know of that fits exactly what you want... But you might enjoy Firefall (when it is released). There are plenty of videos and info on the game, just google/youtube it. Also, sign up for the beta at www.firefallthegame.com :]

    I was actually checking out firefall, but it seemed a little cartoonish for me. I want a more serious, action packed mmo, like how Mass Effect would be if it were 1. fps and 2. an mmo. It seemed a little borderlands-ish to me.

    You might try Global Agenda, it wasn't very MMOish when I played but it been awhile since then.

    Plus it's f2p so no cost to try it out.
