Can you buy the toga in the store?

I can't really finish the quest that I think gives it - is it possible to buy it in the store?

R.I.P. City of Heroes and my 17 characters there

    I think you can buy practically any costume piece in the store.

    Nope.  It probably should have been included in the Roman Bundle  that's on sale through 2/29, but was not.  It presently is only available through Valentine's event.  With that written, I can see them selling it after the event ends in a marketing statement like... "missed that heart of darkness badge?  have no fear, buy your toga here!"
