The keys from the sites in the OP are for a sneak and peak for this weekend. Closed Beta won't start for another 1 or 2 weeks i believe

He means when he Enters Code to activate it on the Tera site its not working. It's not working for me either. I snagged about 5 codes for my friends and I, but none of them seem to be "valid."

You are putting it on the European site, not the US, right?
OP's two first didn't work for me. The one from buffed.de worked though, which is weird since it seems like it's part of the same network as pcgames.de. Oh well! Currently patching the client.
EDIT: Uh, so can anyone tell me what "sneak peek" means? Some kind of beta or not?

I can't see it myself, else triallers would take names. Me personally, i'll try this weekend and if it's not crap, pay the £4 preorder. Then if still not shit, get the game.

You need to fill in your email again on the right side of that page, and subscribe to their newsletter.

The account login page just refreshes when I enter my details, kicking me back to the login button.
No panics though, it is probably temporary. I will try later.
Are you sure there is no error message on the top of the page? I had to create my tera account twice. Logging in for the first one didn't work for me either, just thrown back to the same page. But there was a small error field centered near the top of the page.

No error message unfortunatly, and it won't let me recreat the account... says the email is taken.

It´s a weekend beta, like the ones Rift had.

Think that happens when you enter a wrong PW/Email, check the top of the page if it displays any error, if not try a different browser.
