Favorite TV Comedy Series that a lot of people dont know about

So answers like Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men, 30 Rock, The Office (US) are out of the picture

I've been watching Trailer Park Boys - a Canadian outlaw comedy series. This has been the most rewarding TV discovery I've had in forever. It's one of those shows you have to watch from episode 1 and you have to dig the characters to appreciate the humor on this show, since the humor is definitely not joke specific.

When in High School I would say Sifl and Olly was the greatest comedy show since sliced bread the tv show.

    Like Trailer Park Boys,

These might have been know at one time, but they are probably long forgotten by now

A Bit of Fry and Laurie

    Kids in the Hall

    I like sketch comedy.

All men think they're fascinating. In my case, it's justified

British show called "The Worst week of my life".

Not to be confused with the shitty American remake Worst week.

    The Norm Show

It didn't last very long but I thought it was funny as hell.

  • Blue Mountain State on Spike. It's very much a 'guy humor' kind of show. In fact all the guys I know watch it despite the complaints of their girlfriends/wives.

    Mock the week

    To name a few.

Another great example of Moore's Law. Give people access to that much space (developers and users alike) and they'll find uses for it that you can never imagine. "640K ought to be enough for anybody" - Bill Gates 1981

    Gerhard Reinke's Wanderlust
This is by far one of my favorite comedy series. It's a shame there is only 6 episodes, as this is easily one of the funniest shows I've seen.

I found a very shorty independant series (talking 5-8 minute episodes) starring Tony Hale from arrested development on hulu.

It's called "CTRL", as in the [ctrl] key on a keyboard.

For what it is, it's very, very good. Basically about a guy who spills NesTea on his keyboard at work and realises the commands he types on it alters his reality. Some pretty good logistics for how short it is, and genuinely funny. I totally recommend checking it out, as it would only take about an hour to clear them all, and it will stick with you a while.

I believe that was a very very early Stephen King short story. It involved a Word Processor though.
