Which MMORPG has the Most Smooth & Polish Gameplay ?
Lets leave WoW out of this, to make the discussion more interesting.

Some games have terribly sluggish gameplay.
Examples induce things like Animation Locking.

Aion has this sluggish combat system, and many others, but not as bad.
Some MMORPG games have melee system that is made purely off of a Queued Melee Strike.
By Queue Melee, I referring to the attack going off on the next melee rather then instant like listed.
This can be a pain in PvP gameplay. Most Click to Move/ Combat Auto Follow controlled MMOs have Queued Melee System.
But I will let you add your own thoughts on the idea.

EVE, Lotro and runescape very the most polished ive played from top of my head, i would add aion to it too but you seem to disagree.
I'm going to go with LotRO as second.

Hmm, hard to say. I'd mention LotrO, but also GW: the beta of GW was more polished gameplay than many MMO's at launch.
