1)Could this be a deliberate attempt to reduce there exposure to C-Store point refunds just in case they fold the game and have to refund clients?
2)Is it not a bit shady cancelling your customer support line and not notifying you player base about it especial when there is so many problems with the game! Leaving the only communication channel availible to clients, the ticket system which take 4-12 weeks to get a reply... from or not at all !
