how can we sign up if there is no help to sign up. meaning dl the game asks for cd code. we emailed them they said need to update our billing info. we do that still no cd code to start the rest of install. email them ack saying same thing as before saying we need the cd code to start the free trial billing info is updated. email back from them saying update billing info. this goes on for like 3 more emails. still no help from them i knew there was a reason i quit uo but for sims thought it might be differant. well gl trying the free trial if anyone figures how to get the cd code let me know.

Okay, here are the steps for getting yourself set up with the TSO free trial:
1. Visit http://player.thesimsonline.ea.com/free_trial/sign_up.jsp and read the screen carefully. While your game is downloading, an e-mail message will be sent to you.
2. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to set up your EA account. This is important.
3. Once all that's done, you need to contact EA to activate your account. Alternatively, you can contact them here:

Bear in mind that they usually activate accounts during business hours, so if you try this on a weekend, it might take a day or so.

did all that followed everything they keep saying profile needs to be updated my fiancee updated it 4 times. still no dice. and ea never had to be business hours to start a account before wierd also was business hours so im lost ty for help though.
