in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

Hello, I'm new to the forums and not really sure where this question would go, so I apologize if this is the wrong place!

 

I just downloaded the vanguard:saga of heroes trial from the SoE Launcher, it patched and then when I click launch it counts down from 5 to 0. After that the launcher goes away and nothing happens. Has anyone had this problem or know what could be happening?

     Check your VGClient.log file in the Vanguard bin folder. You can open it with notepad and it will give you why nothing happened hopefully. If you can pull out the last couple lines  there should be Error Messages that indicate what happened. Post them here and I might be able to help or do a search on them and you should get some hits.
