Down Loading Vs. Network File Share,if possible

Currently I am Down Loading the last 2years of patches to my wifes PC, theres about 5700 Files left. It just accured to me that I have already done all the patching. SO my question...is there a file folder that I can just swap over to her PC to get past the patching/Down Load manager? if so please let me know witch file it would be, as im not knowledgeable as to what file it mite be myself.

You have to install TDM (Turbine Download Manager) in both PC's and then it will install the game downloading the date from the other PC (using the network instead of Internet)
