I didn't see anything either, same deal. I was following the live blog too. Only thing I've really heard is that you will be able to do anything you could do in the movies, and more. Also, the game is currently in pre-alpha phase, who knows how close to alpha they actually are.
I'd expect very little real information to come out this week. All of the features going up on IGN, Gamespot, and Massively are basically fluff-piece re-hashes of what was said in the Bioware video.
They're being very tight-lipped, as they always are. This announcement was purely to fan the publicity fires and get the fanboi testosterone going; there's very little of substance available to the public at this stage.
I have no more info than anyone else, but judging from the emphasis that is being placed on story driven content my guess is that an open player crafted economy will not be a big focus. From the info that is on swtor.com right now it sounds like this will be far from a sandbox.

Give it some time, they just announced the game today, i don't think they will be talking about the content yet.
