Can you change your character name

I have an old account with a character I haven't played for 3 years. I hate the name but want to continue with this character, can I change the name?

That I'm aware, no, you can't change a name unless the name is in violation of the TOS and naming conventions. There is a complete KB article on the issue: http://support.eve-online.com/Pages/KB/Article.aspx?id=37. Take note of the first paragraph after the last set of bullet points.
Nope you cannot change the name. Reputation is everything in Eve.

Nope name cannot be changed.
