Colton Burgress - Under Investigation For Fraud?

Upon reading the "neverwinpoker" forums you just may run across some juicy details of impending investigations into the legitimacy of Colton's use of his investments.

"He convinced people to invest in his game www.thronesofchaos.com which he bought out from another company. The game was a bad from the start and he went around to investors to "finish" it. He used the what was already done as some sort of demo to show what it could be. However, he never finished it, pocketed the money and lead people on. This is all starting unravel. The estimates thus far are 350k+

There are two investors confirmed, one for 200k and one for 150k

He knows this has happened. I am not here to insult people; I am telling it like it is." -Trident

Later this "Trident" character was ripped a new one for not backing up what he had to say with fact and stooping to NWN's level of disgusting, imbecilic behavior.

Someone also mentioned Colton reminded him or her of Sawyer off of Lost... I agree accept for the whole not attractive and not a good con artist at all part... So not at all.

In short, this stomach wrenching thread full of flame and awful x-rated material does call into question, what investors were hurt by the whole ToC debacle? How much were they "rolled" for? And is Colton responsible for breaking the law on those accounts? I'd say, don't put the idea past him... but I get the impression that I would be just talking in circles wouldn't I?

I think its relatively clear Colton Burgress is guilty of allot of things. Over the past year we have learned that he is not a good person by any means. We have learned that his words are generally full of lies and half-truths. His rage and child like behavior is not becoming of a well adjusted member of society let alone a CEO of a corporation as mmorpg.com noted.

So, gentle reader, take this latest information for what its worth... Just another stick on the skyscraper of reasons why not to trust in Colton Burgress, Loud Ant Software or any of the products they have put into development, or ever will put into development in the future.

Way to go genius. If you read through the forums, it is actually Colton or one of his fans being Trident trying to trap you guys into contacting him. I am not sure if it has worked or not.. Do not contact this Trident guy; it is in fact Colton our someone he knows!
