    One can reach 10.0 rating by official review, but not by players, no game can satisfy everyone.

    I think this pretty much nails it.  For every 9 or 10 that a game gets, you will get people who tried it and hated it who give it a 6.

    MMO games played or tested: EQ, DAoC, Archlord, Auto Assault, CoH, CoV, EQ2, EVE, Guild Wars, Hellgate: London, Linneage II, LOTRO, MxO, Planetside, SWG, Sword of the New World, Tabula Rasa, Vanguard, WWIIOL, WOW, Age of Conan
