    Actually the next contests will have a rule like that.  It will not work off the rating...but it will be based on how many *days* you visited the site.  For every 5 days you visit the site you will get another ticket in the "bowl", most contests run around 25 days so the max tickets you could have in the drawing would be about 5 - making you 5 times more likely to win than someone who only came here once.  Make sense?

    It will not eliminate the odds for people who don't visit but once, but rather greatly increase the odds for people who visit more days. 

    Forum data will not be analyzed at all, because I don't want people flooding the forums with trash trying to win prizes.
