Distant Worlds 2 - Exploration Expedition

Saw this fantastic screenshot and it reminded me of the upcoming Distant Worlds 2 expedition set to start after Q4's exploration update. Recently read that over 3000 people have signed up already.

    I know this is the ELITE forum. But I got really excited this was how the 4x Distant Worlds 2 was going to look like, because it "reminded you of DW2". But then I googled it and its ELITE dangerous which is still awesome but was really hoping 4x strategy game Distant Worlds 2 and it was going to look at least sorta similar to this :(
