% of Chinese players who cheat is not relevant, it is what % of players who are caught cheating are Chinese?
Appears to be quite large as it states "vast majority" which could be due to vast majority of the 2.2M players being from China, but again an irrelevant statistic.
Perhaps one solution is to isolate Chinese players from other regions?
