Jenny Houser (GM - Powder) is the person who disabled my paid account for questioning RYL's programmer/player activities and the fact that what the box says is in the game and what is actually there is vastly different.

She was appointed Community Manager by RYL a few days ago and I was baffled by the tiltle. But now I realize what is happening here.

She is not to manage the RYL community, she is to manage the online gaming community, you. She will continue the lies, denials and debunking of customers with valid complaints and defend the unfounded bannings, a lame attempt at damage control that originated on the RYL forums but has spilled over to the larger community that RYL feels must be managed.

Rather than address the problems and give in to the wishes of their paying customers they have chosen a course of damage control. They will have her as their official debunker while continuing the deceitful practice of posing as supportive customers who are in fact RYL staff.

RYL has responded to all my requests and it would appear that I was a little hasty in my judgement of PlanetWide Games. I have been contacted by all the major players in that company and all were eagar to help resolve any problems I had with RYL and their staff.. They have looked into the matter of less than truthful replies to questions and The GMs who created the situation in the first place were spanked and sent to bed early. I was actually amazed by the respones I received from PWG the CEO, President ,
Vice-present and General Manager all took the time to personally email me, but too late! The problems had already been resolved By 2 of their Game Managers who promptly remedied all my problems.

As For Jenny Hauser I flamed her on this site and although new to the game she rolled with the punches
and held her ground. I would like to apologize to her for my attack on her and hope we can get along well in the future. She stepped into the Game at the point when I was furious because of the poor treatment I had received in the RYL forum and caught the brunt of it. Sorry Jenny.

i know jenny houser is the RYL community manager..but still it sounds fishy.....RYL pote is a good game ive been playing it for a long time...how could they do that....they must treat players the way it should be..they need to reach the expectations of the players for them to continue to play the game...ur right we are lining their pockets with our own cash so its their job to satisfy every players need during the gameplay

I have finally been contacted by the Planetwide Games People and they have satisfactorily answered my questions; I will pass the information on to you.

The 100s of quests will be added as they are developed and each upgrade should have new quests.

The seige weapons are on the way and have been tried to some extent in previous tests.

The problems with the tournament is being addressed and and there will be changes to prevent cheating.

They have not been able to come up with a solution that will satisfy everyone but the Azreal server is for new players and the Iveria server for experienced players. If you want to start playing and never have you should play on the Azreal server..

Spawn camping is being addressed and changes will be made to eventually eliminate it or at least remove the any advantages to doing it.

The staff have been made aware of the attitude problem with what turns out to be unpaid volunteer GMs who may have overstepped their authority and there will be a freindlier attitude toward disgruntaled players. The rules still apply so don't think this is an invitation to get abusive, if you do you will be banned and I support that. But frivalous banning will be curtailed.

All things considered I have been satisfied with their responce and they have reinstated me to the game and the forums and I have decided to raise my rating of the game from 5 to 8 and hope to give ity a 10 someday in the future.
