Running and running, am I doing it wrong?

I got my tier 3 Fire Staff and now I need to kill tier 3 mobs to advance my skill.  I ran through the first starter zone, up north to the next zone, and the mobs are still tier 2.  Where do I find tier 3 mobs?  Seems like a lot of slow running to get to the next level of mob.

    Try t3 expedition in town it's the guy in black robes by a blue portal. Or just look at world map for a zone with a blue tile with the Roman numeral 3 (III) next to it. They will be t3 mobs and t3 resources

    It's going to have a range of leveling just like the resources do. I fin T3 mobs in t5 zones at times . You just gotta explore and find a nice spot
