    There are a few well-written reviews on Steam. From what I gather; buggy, not-optimized, great potential as multiplayer space survival, frustrating, and very alpha early access.

    I played and yeah, it is a mostly simulation and deep survival game, wouldn't fall much for who looks for a casual experience. 

    As in the content and gameplay front, it's still very early and unstable, the 0.2 update should bring more optimization and improvements to existent bits.
