Anything is possible as far as the Cash Shop is concerned, but if Gaijin take the same approach as they did in monetizing War Thunder, it will be quite viable to not spend money in the Cash Shop.

Was quite interested, thought this sounded cool till I got to the last part of the write up, scrolled right back up to the header and confirmed it was a Gaijin offering and all interested faded as quickly as drinking 20 pints of lager in an hour then saying to your wife you will be there in a minute.
