Some new information has been revealed to us regarding about the setting of the currency system.
You will not be purchasing Cash Shop currency with real life currency (meaning Cash Shop may not even exist!). In addition, player’s exchange and the method of trading will depend on the technology advancement in game. The currency mode in Age of Wushu 2 will be very different than Age of Wushu 1, strong objection against P2W.
Based on the information gathered, we came up with two assumptions:
During the early stage of the game, players will not have monetary exchange. There will only be exchanges between goods. As the game progresses and the exchanges between players become more universal, players will create their own protocol and come up with a value standard on the different goods in replacement of money. Sea shell, minerals, or other resources could become your currency.
As technology becoming more advanced and the development of items are more mature, there will be real production and output of valuable materials like silver and gold. Players will cast their own money currency, buying and selling merchants. Players create everything from zero.
