It's difficult to avoid that comparison, though. Same goes for Nioh, though. 


I don't care if you're mainstream or not, can you not admit that Gerhalt is the inspiration for this look? I try to think back about similar characters and, I'm sorry, I really don't come up with any. I'm not yelling at them for being some sort of "wannabe", and I think it's fine to use Gerhalt as inspiration for your character design, but denying that there is some level of inspiration being drawn from The Witcher is probably equally as naive.
