Think that all Internet Providers in the U.S will start to cap data now?

Comcast has been capping data since 2008. That's actually an increase from it's previous data cap. It really depends on the company. Most won't cap data. Comcast, Time Warner/Continuum, and ATT probably will cap data.
Verizon is moving away from capping data.

1 Terabyte/month seems pretty reasonable to me, and the only way I can imagine anyone even getting close to that is by streaming Ultra High Def TV. I think the average Canadian, for example, is living with caps of something like 100Gb a month (which is horrendously small)? But I do agree this could be a slippery slope.

Last year, Comcast was trying to get extra money by putting a limit data on each website on the internet, and then offering website owners "fast lanes" as blackmail.

They aren't a company that can be trusted, that's for sure.

ATT started capping data about 8 months ago.
Are you onto something or just on something?
